Remarks
Just one thing I loved about my college was that it was near my house. The festival were fun. Campus was okay, parking services were available. Overall experience was okay
Entrance Preview
I took MH-CET and based on my score, I landed up with Muslim minority quota. No interview process. I chose the course because of the "scope" I thought it had.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was justifyingly good. Practicals were conducted thrice a week. These few years, the college has taken up a lot of research initiatives. The elective options were given in the last semester.
Internships Opportunities
No internships were provided from the college. No experience at it. Hence no stipend amount.
Placement Experience
The placements a dry. Only 10% students get placed. TCS and TeraData were the only MNCs which visited the college. The average package is about 3 lacs p.a.
College Events
The festival is generally a 5 day event, where a seperate 2 day was there only for sports. Technical n cultural fests were awesome. Organised in the campus and the footfall was good. students from nearby colleges turned up. The organisation was awesome.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees weren't as affordable for the middle classed people. Around ₹85k-95k approx for each year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college did provide scholarship under state government in different religions quota. We used to receive ₹25k every year on that. No the college didn't provide any loan, but did help in allowing more time to pay the fees.
Campus Life
There wasn't much exta curricular activities. Generally seminars by industry experts and workshops on different technologies were conducted which was a good learning experience.
Hostel Facilities
I was residing in a hostel. The wastel was good. Mostly there were shared rooms. No PGs, only college students. The payment was around 50k for a year inclusive of all. The quality of food was above average. But it was fun staying at hostels
Alumni/Alumna
The alumini platform wasnt much helpful. However there was much interaction with the alumini through social media. And they did help a lot, specially with the project work and during tech fests.
Exam Structure
Each semester had 2 unit test and the final sem exam. Everyday 1 lab was conducted for an hour. So they weren't frequent and hence we had a mixed culture of learning and fun.
Faculty
The faculty is enoughly qualified. Some professors were M.E/M.tech graduate and some had PHD. They are very interactive. The standard of teaching is just above average.
