Course Curriculum Overview
Our mechanical engineering faculties are very good and supportive. There is almost a faculty for about 10 students. Most of the faculty members have the phd degree. There is theory as well as practical class taken by different faculties.
Placement Experience
The placement of NIT jsr is one of the best among all other NITs. The average pakage offered in our campus is 10 lpa and the highest of the last year is approx 80 lpa. Almost 100 percent students get placed in any company of mechanical branch. My path will be the same as other, that is, to take a good placement after completing the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the Nit jsr is approx 2 lakh per annum, including mess fee, hostel fee and all other small miscellenous fees. Various scholarship opportunities is also applicable for various community of students. And also the placement is quiet good of Nit Jamshedpur.
Campus Life
More than 15 clubs are there to boast your confidence and moral. If you are a part of the club, you will be helped by your seniors in very prospects which helps you in modifying your personality. A lot of fest is conducted there too. Sports fests is also done in our college by the name of URJA.
Hostel Facilities
For first year students, there is one room for two students. Room contains a table, a chair, two wardrobes and two beds with a large window. Registration of hostel is held on the admission day and it is easy and nice. Mess is well known for variety in its menu.
Admission
The one who want admission on Nit Jamshedpur, can get by qualifing the exam called Joint Entrance Examination (mains). This is exam is conducted twice a year. One need to complete their intermediate before giving the exam.
