Course Curriculum Overview

The course is as per the Mumbai University The faculty members are very much friendly and they teach their respective subjects very nicely and make everyone understand the course I chose this course as I had an interest in it

Placement Experience

Placements are pretty good in our college many good companies visit aour campus and have good placement percentage in terms of the students recruitment There were many high placement offers this year and the top was 19 lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee hike is as per the University guidelines issued by the university for the betterment of the students The scholarship offer Ed are TFWS given to students whose parents have income less tha 8 lakhs per year

Campus Life

Camus life is good but the college is a bit strict about their rules and regulations which must be followed in the campus Everyone must obey the rules issued by them and follow it Amenities in class are there is a smart board in each class room

Admission

One must have passed 12 with science stream Admission is done through the mht cet website by giving exam The fees for the year is 151000 application fees for the same is 800 rupees to be paid to cet website

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

Curriculum of the college is as same as any other colleges. College does follow traditional approach but college does conduct various programs like AICTE idea lab course in curriculum. Teaching method in college needs to evolve and college needs to encourage the coding and development culture. And as for exam, for every subject exam iseasy to moderate level but for selective subject (depends on faculty) exam level is difficult.

Bookworms are welcome, engineers are not

The eligibility was cet and jee marks based only. The last round cutoff for this college in mechanical was around 80%ile in mhtcet. But it was higher than 95%ile in comps for general. The admission process was easy just bring a cheque and fill up few forms and give documents and done. I had choosen many other colleges over this i even got accepted in mit wpu and talen admission but i am a local mumbai person and i woshed to stay here so i gave up that admission. I also didnt get admission in the crce bandra due to only a small difference in the cutoff. And i had no idea about the ACAP rounds. I understood about acap and tried taking admission in vesit chembur in robotics but idk i changed my mind and stayed in fcrit because i thought i dont like coding at all and thus staying in core mechanical would help me sustain my engineering life....Read More
