Remarks

overall I would like to conclude by saying that the college is good if you are a day scholar and want to pursue your degree in your hometown with reasonable fees structure.

Entrance Preview

Basically, there is no such entrance exam. admissions are done on the basis of merit-based.for bachelor degree admissions are done on the basis of 12th marks and masters on the basis of respective bachelors marks. I chose this college because it's in the city and not that expensive.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is nice as it comes under the kolhan university. There are wider areas covered but the thing is that if you are preparing for government colleges there might be chances that all the course wouldn't cover it. So, you need to work harder to excel in it. overall the course curriculum is pretty nice.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, there is internship available in our college. Recently there was an internship form available for the internship in tata steel. whosoever is a bright student will surely get chance to grasp it.

Placement Experience

3

When it comes to placements and job opportunities there are no such promises made by the college that a student might get placed because there is no such special drive provided for the students and even it provided then it is not that big. Hardly few students might take part in it.

College Events

3.5

There are a lot of events celebrated in our college .it is celebrated on the occasion of independence day and even many other occasions. there is an event for freshers and also for the muslim festivals. many other events are celebrated which covers the diversity of the state of Jharkhand.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the fee structure present in this college is really cheap and is not at all expensive. so you need not worry about this. the fees get decreased as one passes from the first year to the third year. no extra fees are been taken as many other colleges do so.

Fees and Financial Aid

there are various scholarships provided by the college which are given to the bright student as well as the students who belong to a specific minority community.

Campus Life

3.5

Like most of the colleges in India here also there is a pretty normal life in college. we have to come to college then do our classes and then get back home. there is a canteen where we can have snacks. the gender ratio here is like boys are more in number as compared to girls. the labs are provided for the science students for the chemistry, physics and etc labs. the sports section is decent.

Hostel Facilities

3

There is no hostel facilities and mess food facility present here.

Alumni/Alumna

There is the good network of alumni and the senior students. currently, there are a lot of passed out students who are working in big companies and organizations. as many of them pursue there bachelor degree in this college and then get their masters from other colleges.

Admission

Admissions are done on the basis of merit based.for bachelor degree admissions are done on the basis of 12th marks and masters on the basis of respective bachelors marks. I got admission as i had scored 80% in my 12th. Just get the form from the college premises and then fill it up in the alloted time. Surely, there are chances you will get admissions.

Faculty

4

The faculty here is good and are really working hard for the better future. there are many faculties for different streams and are available during the college hours. there are many courses available here so the faculties are also divided into that categories. if you come to college then you can gain knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Like everyone knows in which carriculum they are interested ,similarly i know i have a keen interest in my subject i.e. physics . We can't see physics as a theoretical and mathematical aspect but in our daily Life we use to experienc it . Like if something is fell down there is a reason behind that is gravity .we use to experience physics in our daily life . Some teacher use to make us feel for that subject but someone make us bore sometime. It happens rarely but sometime it happens. So i suggest them to change some activity Like teach with more energyso tha we can't get bored. Sometime we get very lengthy paper in the exams so everyone have to prepare before the examination with high speed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very fond of mathematics in my intermediate times that's why I chose to do my graduation from BSC Maths Honours. But I chose the wrong college for doing so, which overall ruined my life. After coming to this college, I lost my interest in studies and this is the only thing I gained from this college. So, I would recommend everybody to stay away from this college.

Actually biotechnology is an interdisciplinary program where we have to learn mostly the practical skills but there is no such equipment for doing a decent type of research work as they are not in a working condition. So first it has to be corrected and new equipment should have to buy for a making a good laboratory.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.
