This is my review for RVS Institute of technology and sciences. It may differ from student to student. This is my experience of 1 year of my college

The college has a high placement change in comare to colleges in jamsedpur. Faculty solve students doubt but are less intracted with students. As they have to handle many classes as there is scarcity of faculty in campus. But the faculty are very well qualified and focusus on learning. Terms exams are ok but mid sem and final are toughs. Cheating is also negligible so it's difficult for those who don't study. Exams are mostly delayed not timely at all

Most of the internship are there for core branches like cs ,mechanical, bca and many practical cources. Last year tcs recruit like 800 students from Polytechnic traing, hcl recrit online cource for computer science student but in small scale like 80 student. Bca student had very large internship opportunity last year's as 3-4 companies were there for online work but the stilened was very less like 7000 but it had given wifi money so it gives them unlimited net. Suzuki had came for polytechnic student but for a very salary of 8000 for 12 hour work for 7 months

Percentage of placement depends upon cources in btech. Most chances if you are from cs and mechanical and less if you are from ecs and others chemiscal Or Metularlagy type engeenering. Companies like Tcs, hcl and startuls also visit the campus . Last year honda and Suzuki also visited the campus. Average percentage ratio is almost 3:8. If I will get a average package I will do some year job and after that i will try to open my startup

My cs btech cource fee is approx 200000 and the hostel fee is 80000 per yr and it increased every year. Approx 120000 will be spents excludung study expences. You can also get scholarship if better performance in sem exams. It have to be applied to the administration if needed. Jobs are there in forms of interniships and placement. Many companies visit the campus

There are too many Instagram groups and clubs also in school as every year many competitions are held so to held them smoothly they are very much needed. There is no website but insta groups live @rvskelondejamsedpur @jamsedpurrvssgers are there. In college group like lionsclub hackersclub and many dance clubs are there

Mess food is very average quality. Taste is also wrost some time. That's why students prefers to rent flats in compare to hostels. No nonveg items there fully vegetarian meal is there. Hostels are registered at the time of admission as very less rooms are there. Suraj chock is a good locality where most of the students rents flats

The college management should focus on this ground and it will attract students towards the college Faculty - The seniors teachers are ok but the take very less classes and the Junior teachers are not muss collified Or experienced so it lags there . Internal exams and mid exams - Mostly the exams are delayed due to seminars and fests in the university and it makes the students to study for 2 or three exams at a same time. Class cleaning and management- The buildings are not renovated till they are been constructed so it not attract much students in case of infrastructure. But overall in the field of academic the college is ok and one of the reputed colleges of jamsedpur. Raging is also not there juniors and seniors study with unity.
