College review

I chose computer science because of my passion. I love both software and hardware part of the computer. That's why I chose this course. Faculty Student Ratio The college has about 40 faculties for about 600 students i.e 1:15 is the faculty student ratio. The faculties are highly qualified and they very friendly to the students.

There many industries and factories nearby the college. The main three are KMML, IRE , KSEB. The students can apply for a internship in these factories . These factories are nearby that you can there in 15-20 minutes.

The campus placements occur in the 3rd yr of the course. The companies mainly come to college are IT companies. The highest package for student is 6 lakhs and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 30-40%.

There is no fees hike after you joined the course. Your fees will same as when the time you joined. There are 3 government scholarship and many private scholarships are available in the college. The office will help us to get the necessary things done ASAP.

The campus has a very nice social life .Priorly the campus is very eco friendly with lots of trees . There lot of events throughout the year.The fresher's , sports , arts etc are there.The seniors are very friendly and nice to juniors .

The hostel facility is very nice and it has only a few walkable distance from the college .The hostel is very neat and clean. The hostel warden is friendly if you are friendly only. The food is average not too good or bad.

Eligibility of the course The Candidate must have 60% marks in physics, chemistry, & maths . He must have passed plus two or polytechnic. How to apply The admission process is done through the government portal cee.kerala.gov.in through only.You have pass the KEAM entrance examination and apply for allotment in the website.The allotment is a three step process and atlast there is also a option of spot admission also.

There is a Subject called life skill and professional ethics in the course curriculum which helps us to improve our communication skill, confidence to speak in front of a crowd etc. The group discussion topics are chosen by the students in the watch of teacher.
