IET Davv at a glance....

I am currently enrolled in electronics and instrumentation branch.... Most of the faculty is really nice and supportive and plus point of this college is the paper is set by the same teacher who teaches us the respective subjects...so all the questions are always from class notes... Faculties are properly qualified....some of them are from NITs and some from IITs.... The examination dates were provided before the classes started and they happened at those accurate times ....so there was no postpone or prepone.... Passing in examination is really easy....all the questions are either from PYQ or class notes(if you make some)... Most of the teachers tell the questions before examination.... So I would rate difficulty level to very easy...

There are many companies that provide internships with stipend and then further on full time jobs.... Most important is coding for engineering which regardless of your branch you can countinue in your free time.... Also there is GDSC club regarding this....which will lead you to great heights and the seniors in this club are best in terms of experience in upgrading your respective CV's and resumes

Placements normally occur in third year I am not pretty sure about no of companies but last year there were 1k+ offers given at an average of 8lpa.. Highest went at 55lpa and averaged at 8lpa Placement cell is really good and Govind Maheshwari sir will do his best to get you a job...

The fees is not very high..... around 85k-90k per year ..... And above all there are certain scholarships for students which pay all tuition fees off... Placement is increasing on yearly basis This year's placement drive has not been released yet...but via inside it can be said it is going great

IET is famous for its annual fest Akshank...it is the biggest fest in central India ... Where celebrities are invited and there are DJ nights , stand ups, and much more There is availability of books for each student.... Also there is tech fest invento... E summit is also conducted by Ecell Each student can borrow a book from college library....one book per subject.. . Cons:- Classrooms are pretty basic and there is no proper infrastructure in college There is no proper ground in college.... although University has all the best facilities for sports....which is only 1 km away... But in college there are no sports facilities One of the Important features of IET davv is its club culture...there are around 8-9 clubs in our college.... There is Ecell GDSC Nss Team hawk (rc planes) M-baha(car making) Goonj the band Pratyaksh the cultural club Pheonix gaming Feedbox And many more

I gave Jee mains and scored an overall 91 percentile and then I could not qualify for Jee advance...so I got IET Davv via MPDTE councelling.... I got mechanical branch in first round upgrade so I took admission and I didn't wait for 2nd round otherwise I would have got atleast IT .... I went for admission.... admission process took a little time.... because all of the process was going on in their auditorium and there was no proper internet....so fee payment and form filling took a little time...but staff was supportive.. If there is proper availability of internet in auditorium then the admission process would have been better ..... I got all the required information about admission process via internet sites
