Course Curriculum Overview
PGDM is a specialized course that is industry-centric and with a lot of corporate exposure and internship opportunities along with the curriculum so that students can learn while gaining exposure. The faculty to student ratio is 5:1 . The faculty is highly qualified with years of experience and expertise in their specific field and their teaching method is great as it can be with lots of personal learnings from their experience. The term exams were moderate in diffulty and there are 2-semester exams in 2 years which makes it a 4-semester end exam in the entire PGDM course.
Internships Opportunities
The roles offered here cover all the specialization fields like finance, HR, marketing, etc provided by companies like OLL, BANDHAN BANK, LIBERIUM, V PROTECT, etc. The projects include dissertation activities that facilitate teamwork among classmates.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for internships just after completing 1st semester as we are given internship opportunities right after that. The companies visited are BANDHAN BANK, OLL, LIBERIUM, V PROTECT, and many more. The highest package offered is 16.75 lakhs whereas the average is 6.5 lakhs. 100% of the students get placed here. After completing the degree, my plan is to get recruited through this campus and work.
Fees and Financial Aid
NDIIT total fee cost includes the cost of studies, internship opportunities, and a foreign trip at the end of 2nd year. The internship opportunities include many reputed companies coming to the college like OLL, V PROTECT, BANDHAN BANK, LIBERIUM, and many more who provide stipends between the range of 20000-30000.
Campus Life
Life at campus is super great with amazing classmates and faculty members. We just had our fresher's party where several performances were there including dance, Shayari, and push-ups. There is a library full of interesting academic and non-academic books. Our classrooms are equipped with amenities like smart projectors, a hygienic environment, and proper ventilation.
Admission
I got admission into this college through XAT score which was around 70%. The PGDM program is for 2 years and the application form and other required information are available on the college's official website which is www.ndiit.org. The admission process is feasible.
Interview Experience
The GD topics included " HOW WOMEN ARE GETTING OUT OF COMFORT ZONE AND WORKING IN CORPORATE". Firstly, the application form needs to be filled , then GD process (offline/online) , submission of documents if selected. II prepared by just being aware of the current affair working on my communication skills.
