Likes

Teaching is pretty well here which is the greatest thing.
You can live social life and college life here
There is focus on each and every student personally

Dislikes

College is inside the vasad thus there is about 2km of walking or opt for rickshaw
You cant bunk classes as there is nothing to do

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is computer engineering, and I was pretty well interested in that course, here faculty: student ratio is about 1:10, our faculties teaching skills are very nice as some of them are from NITs and IITs

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 74000 per year

Placement Experience

There are decent placements offered about 4lpa as the average. Internships are also offered in our college. There are about 70-80% placements offered at our college. After getting a degree you can go abroad or go for a master's which is also offered at some fee deduction. And there is also an international cell for going abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our course is affordable compared to other colleges, as fees are comparatively less, and they provide scholarships and financial assistance. They also give information about private scholarships and the government.

Campus Life

There are many clubs and techfests conducted in our college, there is an inbuilt cricket ground, volleyball ground, table tennis board, and many others. One of the Corn is that there are fewer cultural fests and others.

Admission

The admission process of SVIT was of 2 types one based on ACPC, the last general rank-5630, and Management where anybody who passed 12th can apply, and get Admission. For the ACPC seat, you need to take the GUJCET exam

Placement Experience:

I am in my 7th semester and I was asked to apply. After beging rejected from two I was still provided the opportunity and in 4th attempt I finally made it. Likewise every student is provided ample chances and mostly in penultimate semester around 70% students are placed. Rest all get one final chance in the massive placements activity in the final semester.

Placement of Ec are too high and nice : go for it

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester student get eligible for placements. Highest package was of 38 lpa Lowest package was of 10 lpa Average package is 15 lpa . This data is from last year . Placements are nice and good . I want the placements after degree. Average 92 % students get placed last year .

Best Government College

Current Details of SVIT

Honestly I targeted SVIT, because it was near by vadodara, easy to travel and timings were also good enough to get adpoted with. The fews structure and environment their is much better than other colleges. The admission process is through ACPC, vacant quota, management quota and SC/ST quota. I got admission through vacant quota after 2nd round of ACPC. The cutoff for ACPC in Computer Engineering at my admission time was 5000. And for vacanct quota it was extended to 9000 after 3rd round of ACPC . The admission process was smooth. The SVIT journey

I applied in PDPU(PDEU) and Lj university ahmedabad. I chose this college because 1) It is one of the best and renowned college inour region 2)The feels is comparatively too less.Yes my application in Nirma University(ahm) got rejected because i couldn't clear the cutoff of CSE of that college.The admission process in SVIT is simple you if youre alloted seat through ACPC or you need to visit the campus for management quota.The exams required here are 12th PCM and GUJCET or JEE.The exam most preferred here is GUJCET as it is simpler than JEE the cutoff of SVIT for CE was 7000 rank (GUJCET) this year....Read More
