Almost like every thing in this campus is likable
Sports and there academic time the seriousness is gud
After the exams faculties doesn't force again to start read they give us some time it's gudd

Dislikes

Campus food is something I don't like other than that nothing everything is good

Course Curriculum Overview

It was my second option after CS so I chose this as I didn't get a seat in CS. The faculty members are very friendly and cooperative towards the academic time. They taught us easily without any difficulties passing the exam was not an issue because of our faculty's help and our performance it was easy to pass.

Internships Opportunities

So the internships are from the elewayte and Wipro they are too good having so many options to select like digital marketing and other courses there is no stipend awarded as I just passed my first year.

Placement Experience

From 6 semester, the campus placement starts there are many companies like Amazon Byjus and other highest is 18LPA average is 5LPA 75% Students get placed thinking of doing master's after this so I will continue my studies after this degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 185000. The fees were a bit higher but still, the faculties are good the results of the performance are good so it's not an issue, Scholarships like SSP, NSP, and other backward caste people get other scholarships.

Campus Life

The campus life is good, all the friends are good, there is no disturbance, and it's an eco-friendly kind of behavior on the campus, sports are an issue but we adjust bcoz we are at our graduation time and we need to focus on our academics. Annual fests take place every year. Books are there in the campus library.

Admission

The eligibility is 10+2 with 60%+. The staff was cooperative towards the admission process it happened in a very easy and soft manner. The staff members at the time of admission were too friendly towards us and also towards our parents so basically admission process was good.

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

IIT Dharwad Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.
