What Students Say

Likes

The things I liked are the placement trainings,faculties and their teaching method.
The infrastructure is good and the environment to study is good as well.
The course I choosed is a good choice I have made and I ma enjoying the course with studies.

Dislikes

There should be some more extra curricular activities.
There should be sports held in every semester.
Other than this i have no other issue in this campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The reason for choosing this course is that this is a core-based subject in the placements can be done in both IT and Core fields. As for the qualifications of the faculties, most of the faculties are Ph.D. holders and their teaching method is very good and the teaching is done in an efficient manner. The term exams were good the 1st term exam was a bit late due to the generation of USN.

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities

One of the companies I remember is QSPIDER which provides internship opportunities and is good as well. There are many projects held in the internship period to get outcomes and there is also clarification given.

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester, the placement training is compulsory in order to give training to the students for the placements. Many companies like BYJUS and many other companies have come for placements and many students have been placed. According to me the highest package that is approximately 15 lakh/annum. About almost 70% of the students get placed branch-wise. My plan is to pursue an M.TECH Degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

As for the fees I came through the KCET and I paid the KCET fees other than that I paid the college fees and also the exam fee and the food fee. I applied for the SSP scholarship at the beginning of the semester but it has not come yet.

Campus Life

As of the annual fest, there is no annual fest conducted other than the orientation program but the tech fest has been held. As for the books in the library, there are every type of books present in the library according to the branches. As for the sports and extra curricular activities, there are not many being held. Many clubs have been created like music etc.

Admission

As I took admission through KCET my admission process was a bit complicated Document Verification, Option Entry, Seat Allotment, and so on. Though the admission process was carried out smoothly the admission was done easily in a simple way.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.
