From HS I love this subject ?? that's the main reason. I want to know this course briefly & want to continue higher study in this subject. At last, I want this subject to get a job.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 4295 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a course fee structure. In every semester I have to pay around 4000(1st semester around 4000, 2nd semester -3000, 3rd semester -3500, like this). There is a chance to get a scholarship like the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship etc

Campus Life

On our campus always there is an occasion for freshers' students' parties & farewell parties. Occasionally there are sports fest & extracurricular activities on the campus. All occasions are done very carefully without any problem by our dear principal & proffers.

Admission

I got my admission through Higher Secondary Marks percentage in the year 2021. There is a chance to get my admission in chemistry Hons in Bsc. I found the application form on the internet. There was a verification process then I got admitted on 28/09/2021.

I wanted to dive deep into the actual concepts and workings of the economy and understand how the world works from an economist's point of view. Sadly the curriculam doesnt bridge the gap between theory and real life. It focuses heavily on textbook and not how the world works.

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

The Physical Chemistry faculties are the best I got, that influenced me to carry forward my research carrier in Physical Chemistry. Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course is good but you have to opt for masters and PhD to get a good placement. After bsc there's not any placement. The curriculum was basically practical and theoretical based. But I think it should be more practical so that we can get a job after doing bsc. The teaching method was good I didn't have any problem with that. As it was under Calcutta University so the exam questions were too difficult, sometimes it came out of our syllabus , i think they should change this a little bit .

The reality of SCC

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus for BSc. Microbiology Hons. was in line with my interests. Few topics like virology, bacteriology, and diversity of the microbial workd are what drew my attention to pick this course. Although there are some portions which one would consider "boring", but I believe every subject has its interesting as well as boring portions. It's seems fair to judge a subject by seeing if the "boring" portions outweigh the "interesting" parts or not.

Because it offers a variety of courses like compulsory english, environmental science, constitution values of India, Inter Disciplinary Courses where one can opt for a variety of subjects which change along with the course proceeds or semester changes. Not only that two major papers and one minor paper are present throughout the semester. As a student we should be well aware of our country and its law as well as how we can keep our environment healthy followed by sustainable development.
