Likes

The one thing that I like about aktu University is the syllabus it is very clear and knowledgeable.
The way of teaching and guiding a student for the future
The colleges of aktu are very reputed and placements are good

Dislikes

Aktu allowance any notice just one day before and we got very less style
The exam date sheets are always tentative and it changes just one week before exams
The paper checking in aktu is good but sometimes the invigilator gives less marks

Course Curriculum Overview

There are so many extracurricular activities that take place in our college and it enhances students' skills. Talking about faculties, all the faculties that have taught me so far were very good and their way of teaching is also good. They are interactive and they explain the concept very nicely.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 141000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of one year is 141000 and apart from that we have to pay some money for stationery. There are also scholarships for the topper students and for extra-ordinary students. The placements are also good.

Campus Life

Life on campus is very good, we enjoy our college life, and we participate in extracurricular activities like events for freshers and Dandiya nights, there is Tech Fest that happens in our college, and I also participated in it. Books are available in the college library.

Admission

The Admission process was quite difficult. My university does not allots seats for CSE if your percentage is low and my 10th and 12th percentage was 80% that's why options for CSE and it was not there for me but still I was able to take admission in electronics and communication engineering and it's my best choice.

Placements in my college is good , and tries to place the students as much as possible, the heighest package of my college is 49 lacks per annum. And average package is 6 lacks per annum. Name of the compnies visited- Accenture, Tcs, Delloite etc.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). Few companies visit VBSPU for placements, and most are mass recruiters offering IT support and sales-related roles. Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. Average Package: ~ 3-3.5 LPA Many students rely on off-campus placements through LinkedIn, referral hiring, or applying directly to companies. RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

The placements are very good in my college. The college is having a unique department name as CCPD which is working for or all the students for their jobs and placements. this department of our college also provides opportunities for internships and Guides the student for their right choice. The admission process in this institute is quite satisfactory, my admission is done here by aktu councelling process which was based on my jee mains performance, in this college maximum seats are alloted through councelling process and few are through management quota, for this one can apply on gl bajaj official website or can contact to college after the councelling process ends because some vacant seats are filled through management quota. As a btech student of gl bajaj I suggest the college to provide some more freedom to students ,especially for 1st year students ,also no. of fests and cultural program should increase and dress code system should be removed bcoz it makes us to feel that we are in school life...
