Course Curriculum Overview

3

I chose computer science and engineering courses because I am very much interested in coding and artificial intelligence departments. In our college faculty and student ratio is about 1:2. Our faculty members almost all are done with Ph.D. in top universities and they also teach very clearly about everything but as days pass they are making us learn more on our own. And coming to the exam point of view, it's very burden to us because everyone and half months there is an exam which have no time to complete the syllabus by teachers and also to read. and also unexpected questions are coming up in exams it was a bit uncomfortable.

Placement Experience

4

3rd year second semester onwards our seniors are eligible for campus placements. Almost 70+ companies offer to our college. Above 50% of students have been placed. I am thinking about to do an MS after graduation .

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college, the college fee is 120000 and the hostel fee differs as per the type of hostel means for an AC hostel it is 100000 and for non-ac it is 90000. and I think it was very much a burden to middle-class families. I got full fee reimbursement as per the TSEAMCET exam in which I got below 10000 rank.

Campus Life

3

In our college, there are no fests conducted. No entertainment and nothing a lot of stress. In the Library counter, we get all the types of books as part of academics. I mean we can get the most popular books under JNTUH. And there are some sports in our college that are basketball, badminton, volleyball and also we have couches for this. and also they make interested students participate in tournaments. And also some clubs like cultural clubs are run by students not more but one or two.

Admission

Yes, I took TSEAMCET Examination to get admission into the Engineering college. Eligibility of this course was Intermediate pass percentage. The application form is available on Telangana's official website and there we will be able to find the application fee and dates as well. If any student gets below 10000 rank in TSEAMCET EXAMINATION then we will be able to study engineering without paying the college fee. I think the government has to give prior information of all the details of cutoff marks in a clear manner.

In convener qouta so i have no chance to choose branch or college . If i have a chance to change college defintly i will .In this college first the mindset of the founder, director should change from school pattern to college pattern and they should focus on college implementation not in students personal issues .The exams will happen after every 4 months in between 2 months internals will be conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good as of now. But can change a little bit becuase in 4 years we will have 8 sems and 40 subjects. Subjects should be divided in such a way that it should not get burden on the students. In some sems they will just 4 or 3 subjects that will effect other sems by having 7or 8 subjects at a time. That is really tough to clear all subjects at a time that may leave pressure on the students. And another suggestion in teaching methods was therotical class and practical class has to be done parallelly because if theory classes of particular topic has been completed in this week and pratical classes of that particular topic will be executed in some other week lab sessions. That may create confusion in students and there might get forgot what they have learnt in that week. If the theory and practical classes happened parallely they will gain hands on experience on how the things will work and they can understand more better.
