Chill at Nit Jamshedpur

I chose this course because that was the best I was getting at my rank and also I had an inclination towards mechanics. Faculty: student ratio is good here. we have 4 faculties for only mechanics subject this year Faculties are highly qualified as they have done their PHD from IITS. We have only 2 exams in a semester Mid sem and end sem. They are very hard to pass if you study at last but regular study makes the exam easy.

We got to have many internships.in the college most of the faang companies visit the campus and take students for various roles The most important position is of sde role. Companies offer a high stipend like the previous year's highest internship stipend stood at 3 lpa.

Campus placements are great here around 100 percent we have seen the previous year. From the 7th sem, we are eligible to sit in the placements. Around 529 companies visited the previous year. The highest package was awarded 83 lpa by Atlassian and the average package was 27 lpa for cse branch.

Fees are high making the study cost high. We can various fee remission here according to family income. furthermore, there are various scholarships awarded. You can get internships here to work on campus.

Fests here are one of the best in the north India. We have many fests. CULFEST, the cultural fest of Nit Jsr is very mesmerizing. It is conducted in February month. We have a big central library equipped with every book and article that you will need in the four years. Classrooms here are in match with Iits. Infrastructure is very bad and is the one thing needed to improve

In the hostel we have a common room,every hostel room is equipped with 2 beds a chair a fan and 2 almirahs which are spacious. In the mess we can have good quality food. Registration process is very easy we have to arrive at the hostel at the reporting date and just fill 2 forms and get registered.

I gave the JEE MAIN entrance and after scoring around 96.8 percentile I got admitted to Nit Jamshedpur Mechanical Engineering branch. You can get information about the exam at jeemain.nic.in. One improvement I want to see in the admission process is to reduce admission costs.
