Course Curriculum Overview

I am from the Computer science and Engineering department. The faculty are decent. The faculty-student ratio is 1:12 here. The qualification is a Ph.D. for faculty. There will be mid-term exams for us and the papers are up to the mark level.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 101290 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies coming for internships here. There are many projects like Machine Learning and Web Development in Artificial intelligence and many more. Here, Internships are done in the 6th semester holidays.

Placement Experience

7th semester the students are eligible for placements. highest package is 55 lakhs and the Average package is 22 lakhs. Almost everyone gets placements here and plans for the future. Companies like Google, Amazon, etc come for placements here.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost to study here is approximately 1 lakh per semester and there will be a Tuition fee reimbursement for students whose family income is below 5 lakhs. There are many scholarships like NSP offered by the government of India and some other scholarships.

Campus Life

E-Summit and Wissenaire are student-organized fests. There are quite good books available in The Library. The lectures are very good. There is a place called SAC for students to play games and many clubs and Societies.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is of single room and the rooms are decent. The meals are okay and good. The registration process is very simple. There are Hotels near the college in a small town called Jatni and the Hostel facilities are quite good here.

Admission

It is a good college with great greenery on the campus. Nice college. Wonderful Placement Opportunities. Great Faculty and decent start-up culture. Nice fests. Big campus. The only drawback of this campus is that the Construction work is still going on in the campus as the campus is in the developing stage.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

I applied for geophysics and mining in ISM Dhanbad. But I filled my current college and branch above them. Also these branches are not very popular among students but as I didn't scored very well in my JEE advance examination, I had very few choices. To get into an IIT you first need to clear JEE mains cutoff and then clear JEE advance.
