Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen BTech in electrical and electronics engineering because my interest is in this sector. I want to discover the device and gadgets with our great scientist which helps our defense system and my country's development.

Class Size: 39Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of BTech is around 150000 per year which means a total of 6 lakhs for a complete BTech. The possibility of scholarships for students who are admitted through aktu counseling will be a 100 percent chance of scholarship.

Campus Life

The environment of the campus is very good for personality development and studies. There are a lot of opportunities which are organized by the management of the college. Also, there are a lot of clubs are which run by different departments.

Admission

I have taken direct admission through management quota. The eligibility of the course is in two ways first through counselling by Jee and second through direct admission. 10 and 12 marks are mandatory for direct admission.

Placements in my college is good , and tries to place the students as much as possible, the heighest package of my college is 49 lacks per annum. And average package is 6 lacks per annum. Name of the compnies visited- Accenture, Tcs, Delloite etc.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). Few companies visit VBSPU for placements, and most are mass recruiters offering IT support and sales-related roles. Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. Average Package: ~ 3-3.5 LPA Many students rely on off-campus placements through LinkedIn, referral hiring, or applying directly to companies. Many students prepare for government jobs like GATE, SSC, or banking exams. My plans after BTech Freelancing & personal projects to improve skills and build a strong portfolio.

RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

The admission process in this institute is quite satisfactory, my admission is done here by aktu councelling process which was based on my jee mains performance, in this college maximum seats are alloted through councelling process and few are through management quota, for this one can apply on gl bajaj official website or can contact to college after the councelling process ends because some vacant seats are filled through management quota. As a btech student of gl bajaj I suggest the college to provide some more freedom to students ,especially for 1st year students ,also no. of fests and cultural program should increase and dress code system should be removed bcoz it makes us to feel that we are in school life...
