Course Curriculum Overview
Computer Science Engineering is the trending course in today's world and hence I choose it. Sufficient faculties are there for the number of students. Faculties are well-educated and have good experience in the teaching profession. But their teaching is very boring, They only stick to theory knowledge limited to the syllabus and not the practical approach. Exams are scheduled every semester by RTMNU University and are difficult to pass.
Placement Experience
The placements in the college are the weakest point of the college because you can see that less than 50% of students can get jobs through college and that too with a mediocre package of 2 lpa or 3 lpa. Very few less than 20 companies visit college. Some of them are, Adani, Tata Power, Accenture, etc. The highest package offered was 12lpa and the average is 3lpa. After my degree, I am looking for a job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are different for different categories. Like I am from OBC so I get a concession in fees and have to pay 55000/- per year. However general candidates have to pay 97000/- per year. Also, SC, St students only have to pay 5000/- per year. You can apply for a Mahadbt scholarship to get some fees back.
Campus Life
Our annual fest is Navonmesh and happens every year in February or March. Many other tech fests are also organized by students collaborating with the faculties like Farewells, fresher parties, etc. A well-stocked and maintained huge library is present for students and it is very easy to access. Classrooms have got projectors and ethernet connection. Sports are actively organized as many inter-college competitions keep on going. Our NSS team organizes some social awareness programs like Clean India, Blood donation etc.
Admission
You will get admission through participating in CET councelling rounds, or spot rounds as well. Sometimes they accept management quota as well. Reservation benefits are there for OBC, SC, and ST category students. The admission process takes a lot of time there in college and can be improved by application forms you have to fill out after cet councelling process.
