Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of passion for fashion designing. It was my dream from school days. The faculty members are so good that they teach in the best manner. The way they illustrate and make us understand is really so humble. Our faculty members have completed their degree as PG's. The exams are conducted on time and is not too hard to pass because of the way our faculty members teach.
Internships Opportunities
They took us for internships to tripur and bangalore. They didn't provide any stipends. The roles that were offered are sewing and knitting. I have taken internships in person in our native palce to the Madura coats private limited the largest thread producing company. They offered me with learning how to spin the threads and then drawing etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
It is obvious from the course name that the fees is on the hike. Fashion designing involves more practical work than theory so cost for the materials to be brought is really high. There are scholarships available in our college but i am not so sure about them. In our college we dont have placement for fashion designing.
Campus Life
They do conduct department culturals. The library plays the vital role in our college. There are so many knowledge gaining books and journals available. The extra curricular activities include volleyball, cricket, football etc. There are many clubs in our college like rotary club etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are there are so many options like 6 person per room and the amount is 60000 then for 4 sharing it is 80000 and then for AC I think so it is 90000. The food they provide with is moderate I can never give even 3 stars for it. The hostel fee is affordable for some. The registration process was not too hard. I would have rented in peelamedu.
Admission
My admission process didn't take much long. I came to know about my college through friends and family , and after going through some research I came to know it was an esteemed college. There was no entrance exam. The eligibility for my course was Higher education or even diploma.
