Course Curriculum Overview

My course is btech in electrical engineering, its a good and a hyped course. Professors are good at teaching and kind friendly and ready to help us with any problem. Besides being a huge population in the batch, the administration has handled it well.

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are available for both core and non-core. Many good companies are welcomed in the campus placements including Jaguar, Google, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and Cairn Oil and Gas Vedanta Limited.

Placement Experience

From 2nd year onwards we are capable of sitting for campus placements. There are many companies that visit our campus in core as well as non-core. Some of them are Google, cairn ollil and Gas, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Jaguar, and many more.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 100000. The fee structure is quite fine as it is a government college and even fee is less for the special categories. I got no scholarships. Campus placements are really good many of our seniors are placed in a very well-to-do company that provides them with perfect internship offers.

Campus Life

The life on campus is a way amazing, the campus itself looks good and it's quite enjoyable to roam around the campus. On campus, there are both technical and cultural clubs that allow students to choose their own interests. Books are provided by the library.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is good compared to other colleges, I have a huge room that is more than enough for me and my roommate. But the hostel mess food is kind of good. Other facilities like the canteen and lift are all good.

Admission

I didn't remember much but admission happens based on your jee advance rank. Its cutoff is different for different different categories. once the results are declared of jee advance. Students had to proceed for JOSSA counseling which allocates seats in IITs in which we have to fill preference orders and according to our rank, we are allocated to the best college in which we can take admission. After allotment, we can get all the information on the site of IIT.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

Students become eligible for internship after 4th semester , after 6th semester the companies start coming for regular placement For cse the average was around 20 lpa with median being 16-17 lpa Companies that generally visit are - atlassian, Amazon, flipkart , BNY Mellon, cisco, Texas Instruments etc Around 140 offers were made and in a batch of 120, 100 have secured placement Placement percentage is around 92% Highest package - 65 lpa atlassian (on campus) 1.23 cr rubrik (off campus) Lowest package - 7 lpa Average - 18 - 20 lpa

The Underrated NIAMT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after 6th semester for placement drive. Companies visited are Vedanta, JSW, Mahinda, L&T, Ashok Leyland etc and 95% of students are placed till and still few companies are yet to come. Heighest package offered was by Vedanta of 13.95LPA while lowest was from an ADC Company of 3LPA which makes the median package around 8LPA for metallurgy branch and 7LPA for Mechanical. Every year around 98% of students get placed ( Rest 2% either opt out or any seruius indisciplinary issue ) Planning to get a job first then along with preparation of GATE for PSU.

Is Arka jain University right fit for you

Placement Experience:

on every occasion they will charge the students, there is no good placement, every year they increase the exam fee, students are not regular its poor then government colleges just pay penalty and your attention will be full, its like correspondence course they are running huge but and regular power cuts unhealthy canteens, political motivated administration and management. There expenditure in infrastructure is huge which is best for love birds its like park or garden. Overall all not dedicated to education.

A two years review of Central University of Jharkhand

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculise fully designed on national education policy 2020. Focuses more on extracurricular activities than core subjects. Because reply is designed on the basis of UGC guidelines which is a good thing for different competitive exams that are design by UGC. I will say semesters are to short that all till now my all four semesters has been glitter in about 4 months each that should be of duration of 6 months.

Must Read before coming to IIT ISM Dhanbad

I had secured AIR 5860 in JEE Advanced, so i had applied for all CSE, ECE, ELECTRICAL, MNC and related branches in Top IITs. For my rank, I got IIT ISM Dhanbad in the last round. I had also got IIT Kharagpur Manufacturing Science, but I choosed to go for furture rounds as i thought doing a circuit branch in IITs is better. I could not make it to colleges that i wanted to as my rank was 5860 and belonging to the GENERAL category, the rank is too high to get into top branches of the top 7 IITS. The admission process is JEE Advanced, Elgibility is that u need to have good rank in JEE Advanced, the rank required varies from branch to branch but i can give you and idea, for our IIT ISM, CSE -> 2000 to 3500, MNC -> 3500 to 4500 , ECE -> 4500 to 6000 and so on....Read More
