the staff are sometimes rude when talking about dress code
the canteen wont maintain cleanliness for foods

computer science is ruling the world ,that is the major reason why i chosed cse.when coming to faculty:student ratio it will be 1:64 .The smvec mostly contains faculty with 15+ experiance and doctorate degree.coming to test ,test will be conducted each month and it is easy to pass

talking about placement, we have good count in placements.from the 6th semester students are eligible for placements.mostly tcs,cts,zoho,virtusa will be visting our college. The packages differ form 3l-8l per annum.The percentage of getting placed is 70%

Fees and Financial Aid

when talking about fee ,it is divided into two categories.one is centac students whereas the other one is management students. for centac students it will be 60000 per yr + transportion fee which will be nearly 23k-35k.For managament students the fees structure is as donation+fees which is 90000+ transporatation fee

Campus Life

There will be no events conducting in our campus . only once will be conducted every 2 year. we have fine libarary ,when coming to classroom we have spacious classroom with projector and modular board .Mostly sports are conducted only for boys

Admission

I was a merit student so i have applied sri manakula vinayagar engineering college through centac.But for management students there is a eligibility test that will be conducted on campus . The application form ,details about fees and application dates can be enquired by near smvec centers.we can also reserve the seat after result

Placement Experience:

By 7th Semester, students are eligible for Campus Placements and there are several companies that have visited our college during a course of 2-3 months and there were many offers made, highest package was of 9.5 LPA and the average is of 5-6LPA Students are getting Placed very well, and i have place already so my plan is to get into the job and excell in the IT Sector

As I have aimed to get addmission in st Joseph's College of engineering in Chennai in councelling. But due to some circumstances I couldn't get seat in that college. Due to parents opinion i have joined in sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college. Comparison between st Joseph's and sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college is cannot be done because of cost of living will be different from Chennai. I choosed this college over other colleges mainly for its placements. But the bad things was it's donation fees. Which was too high.
