Course Curriculum Overview

I want to get any one degree for my UPSC exam so I choose B.com general. There are 65 students in my class and 5 staffs came to take class for us (ratio 1:15). The facilities are well experienced and friendly. Exams will conduct each month and it's quite hard to pass.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 11500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For B.com general fees structure is (12500 / annum). There are many scholerships available but I didn't apply for or scholerships yet. So I didn't know name of scholerships available. Mostly 75 % of students in the class are receiving scholarship.

Campus Life

Many festivala are conducted in the college like dg bazar, Pongal festival, festival etc,. The Central library contains all the types of books and journals for arts students. This college has both curriculum and co curriculum equally. Many sports and events are conducted here.

Admission

I had admitted in this college through my friend who had already studied in this college. The eligibility is to get more then 90% in 12th. I got application form in the college itself. I didn't receive any reservation benifits. But there is some scholerships are available. The admission process is quite ok.

Campus Life of a student in VIT

Placement Experience:

The 5th semester makes the students eligible for campus recruitment and then they often have campus recruitment from the month of November to may Pretty much VIPRO , KALIMARK and many other more MNC companies and much more visit the college for recruitment basis Most students don't opt for placements because they want to do a PG course but I would say 65% of people going for placements get one job or the other I plan on doing a PG as well

I choose DG vaishanvcollege for its strong academic reputation, affordable fees structure and excellent placement support especially in HR and marketing . So i applied LIBA ( Loyola institute of business management and SRM ) other than DG vaishnav college . I got acceptance from DGVC and SRM and i got regected from LIBA . I chose DGVC as it has affordable fees of 4 lakhs in total , also they are giving duel specialisations, also its affilated to university of madras , placement support and location advantage. I got rejection from liba as the cut off was not clear as my percentile was below 80 as the cut of was 85 plus. The admission process was quiet simple for DGVC as the - 1. Eligibility to apply was min 60 % in Bachelor degree 2. TANCET exam was preffed we have to submit the application through online portal of DGVC.
