Remarks
Galgotia has a great campus, good placement record , highly equipped library, great infrastructure and everything. so I don't think any reason to not to go in this college.
Entrance Preview
Admission is done on the basis of merit only .you will have to appear for UPTU entrance exam and at the time of counselling choose this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am from mechanical branch. Faculties are good. For practical learning many workshops are organised related to mechanical branch and a number of labs are available for doing experiments under proper guidance. New devices and instrument are frequently updated.
Internships Opportunities
Yes internship is provided here but they make a separate charge for this. They take us to various reputated companies. Where we get to know the real meaning of Engineering.
Placement Experience
Mechanical and civil branch have a little bit placement issue but computer science and information technology and other branches have awesome placement record. Some students also get good package of more than 20 lacs. However, average packages is 4 lacs per annum.
College Events
Many technical and cultural events are organised here. National festival and some other Indian festivals are celebrated here. Freshers party farewell party and annual fest is celebrated every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is approx 1.3 lacs per annum. And if you are studying in a professional engineering college then I don't think it's too much.
Fees and Financial Aid
Getting scholarship is a very tough work from UPTU colleges. They ask for a number of documents and any issues in your document can disqualify you from the scholarship. Very few students get the scholarship.
Campus Life
A number of activities which increases our personality are organised here. Like how to give presentation, stage fear, English spoken , and many more. Many competition organized like dancing, singing , graphic designing .Sports like cricket, Football, Volleyball etc
Hostel Facilities
Since as Galgotia's campus is too Big So both boys and girls hostels are inside the campus and have very good infrastructure. Good hygiene food is provided. free Wi-Fi is provided. And there is a very powerful security inside the hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Galgotia provide a number of Alumni every year and alumni are respected here. Senior and junior interactions are good. Ragging is completely banned.
Exam Structure
Two sessional exams of 40 marks each and one pre-university test just before the final exams are taken. Sometimes class test and surprise test also taken.
Faculty
Faculties are brilliant and highly qualified .their teaching skills are awesome . they use a number of methods to clear our concept on any topic. And they give attention to each and every student in the class.
