Remarks

A major drawback of this college is that its affiliated to VTU. VTU syllabus is really hard and its an institute that always delays its results. The college is very situated in outskirts of Mysore city.

Entrance Preview

Two options available to get admission in this college either management seat or merit seat. In both the case admission is quite simple process . Starting from seat allotment, followed by interview with principal and winding up with completing the college formalities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus is really simple but very hard to study. Electronics and Communication is the branch I have chosen and its the most toughest branch among all other branches in engineering.

Internships Opportunities

Internship are very cool in college. I see around few students in college doing their internships, exclusively the entrepreneurship and they engage classes for us sometimes and they are awesome.

Placement Experience

This college campus interviews are conducted for students once they are in the 7th semester. Depending on their grades they might even get 9 lakhs package or maybe even 1.8 lakhs package too.

College Events

The college is very active in its events and activities. Their annual management fest is really cool and awesome.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being into this college through management quota gives a bit hike to my annual fee. Last year I paid 53,000 and this year it was hiked b 4,000. Well i don't consider it too costly. Its quite affordable.

Campus Life

The college more aims towards sports also as they do on academics. The college has got an extra large campus filled with sports courts.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are a lot stinky and the food is just non comment able. The food might probably be the worst taste of food you would have ever tasted.

Faculty

The college is always ready to give chances for new talents are much filled with young and energetic teachers. Very rarely we can find more experienced teachers over here. The youngsters put up a great show in the class explaining.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The campus placements are pretty well and this year they are even more better .from 6 th semester onwards students become eligible for the placement and I have also planned to cover multiple cources provided by the college and some outside material also to get the market exposure and make my resume more stronger.The highest package offered by the companies is 48 lpa.The placement percentage ranges from 75 to 85 percent

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.

Excellent opportunities in my college

1 I applied total 5 colleges First college is JCE college in that I got rejected because of ranking. Then I got seat in vidya vikas college. I chose this college because it offered the strongest program in my desired field of study, with a faculty renowned for their research and practical experience, combined with a vibrant campus culture that aligns well with my interests 2 I got rejected because of allotted ranking list. My name is not there in below 1000 rank. Am in 4000 rank 3 Admission process is 2 types one for PGCET students and another for management students.
