Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for this course because I had a passion for becoming an engineer and contributing to the welfare of society. The faculty of this institute are good in the field of teaching but they need to improve when it comes to handling students, yes the faculties are highly qualified and they conduct exams frequently and are a bit moderate to crack.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Tata Telecommunications, Wipro, and Infosys participate in internship programs at the college and the resource person present there are well-qualified and also helpful at every stage of the project from start to execution.

Placement Experience

Students here are eligible to get placed in the 6th sem ie. 3rd year and almost 20-30 companies participate in campus placements ranging from 12 lakhs per annum to 3 lakhs per annum over 50% of students get placed here every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure you selected from UGCET is around 1 lakhs ( as prescribed by the state government) but the management quota fee structure may vary for the time being starting from 2 lakhs up to 4 lakhs, They provide a scholarship named SEP funded by state government which is around 14 thousand per year.

Campus Life

Vismay is the annual fest conducted there which compared to other colleges is a bit moderate Also the tech fests here are a bit average, you get encouragement for sports activities and extracurricular activities on the campus.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is, that the applicant should have cleared 10+2 at any course (would help more if you have opted for science). Application forms are available online and also at the campus, reservations are available for various categories and backward castes also for agriculture quotas. The admission process is good except they could add an entrance exam if possible.

Placement Experience:

I am currently not into the placement thingy as i have just started my 3rd year but heard a quite about the placements the college the highest is aroung 70 to 75 LPA and the average is ariund 12-14 LPA. Our college also offers masters program in abroad that is it is in collab with the University of ILLNOIS. After 3rd year students above certain CGPA are given chance to complete their degree here or complete B.E with M.E in ILLNOIS.

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
