Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the Electronic and telecommunications branch which is not available on the north side much, it is a great course with genuine faculty who also guide you in everything, It is medium-level tough plus our sem 1 was the most difficult out of all the other sem

Placement Experience

We have great placement out training and the placement cell is working hard for us to get placement Currently i am in 3rd yr average package was 10 lakhs so I guess it is a decent amount anyone can get

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is bearable I mean it is 1lakh 68 thousand per year for me right now and is great as compared to a private college not only in Pune but our college is ranked all over India for great amenities

Campus Life

My college has a great college life It has a number of college clubs out of which I am a part of 7 clubs which I can mange and have fun, and I don't think that it affects my studies cause it has enhanced me a lot

Hostel Facilities

My college has 3 hostels for girls out of which 2 are a luxurious hostels with fee of 2L and 1.6L per year living in a hostel was the best memory of my life I left the hostel recently and shifted to pg but I miss my hostel as it has all the amenities u need for a good living

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

For my admission First, I filled up a form and got to know that there would be a bvucet test for my admission, then Before the test they took a mock test for students to get knowledge of how the test was going to take place, then I attempted final test and got in

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

The reason I chose this college were that i due to some personal issues and problems scored less marks in MHT-CET, JEE and other competetive exams which made it difficult to get admission into other colleges. BVPCOEP conducted a personal CET exam on the basis of which I was selected. They also considered 12th boards marks(minimum 65% required PCM or Physics, chemistry, and computer science(vocational course)). My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Other colleges I applied to were MIT Pune and Symbiosis Institute of Technology. I couldn't get into MIT because I couldn't clear there entrance test. The tution fees at Symbiosis is higher but is not on par with the quality of their education.
