College where went for Engineering

Management wasn't caring towards students, especially who are in hostel and are from outside Karnataka.

I took KCET, scored 67% with 2500 rank, opted for this college because it had Telecommunications seat available.

Course curriculum was well thought and divided with well informed lecturers. There were teachers who were last of this college from last 15 years and are well versed in the course.

The first company that came for my batch was Wipro and I was lucky enough to get through, they offered 2.04 L annually. This was offered to 16 students across the different streams.

Placements and job opportunities started with my batch of 2005 and they are good since then. Companies like Wipro, TCS and iGate were among first one to pick the students.

Throw ball, Annual day, Chees championshipETC. All these events were done inside college with a crowd of close to 500 students. Where all these activities were organized by a team that was the combination of teachers, students and management staff.

Free structure wasn't expensive considering paid fees, I paid close to 20,000/- annually, in addition to that hostel fees of 750/- part month and 1100/- towards hostel mess.

No, not aware of any but backwards class students were offered a stipend that was close to 16,000/- as scholarship which was not only outstanding but provided a good opportunity.

There were no hostel parties, restlessly there were workshops. There were hardly any extracurricular activities organized except throw ball for girls where all girls actively participated and other competetions like Chees, dumb Charades and Antakshari

Hostel was decent but lacked few things like regular hot water, playing area, recreational room. Mess food was terrible.

Never been connected yet in 10 years. The only contact had been through social media websites. People are in touch with groups created in these sites.

Labs were the best part, with good equipments and trained assistants, lab assignments were never hectic.

Facilities were ok, there was one canteen where food was served with complete hygine but not many options to choose from, no playground, not much recreational activities were possible.
