Likes

The maintenance of the college which is done regularly to keep the college clean.
The buildings made are very beautiful and surrounded by green trees and plants which give a building an excellent look.
The area in which my college is spread around and also the canteen were they are located gives me a little comfort.

Dislikes

A single lift which is only for faculties. If I have to go to fourth floor the only possible option is stairs.
Classrooms are as it were when I was in my school days the teaching must be a bit more technical .
Not teaching through projectors tough it is been provided

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the course because I wanted to learn about computers and programming in detail. The faculty I have been provided are all above the average ratio all have good teaching experience but few lack interaction with students. All facilities have completed their PhD and have Dr. Tag. The term exam were for 5-6 months and if one has prepared their notes well and have paid attention to teaching In class then passing is not at all difficult.

Internships Opportunities

As I have already cleared I am still in the second year of the third semester and the internships are provided by the college from the third year that I have not yet reached so I don't have much idea related to that thing.

Placement Experience

The campus placements are given to the student of 5th or 6th semester and above. The companies visited are TCS, Infotech, Infosys. No idea about the number of offers made. The highest package received is 6,50,000 and the average package is 4,00,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is affordable for all the branches and the scholarship is provided to the student who was admitted through the CAP round. The internship provided by my college is from the third year and I am studying in the second year so I don't have much knowledge about the internship.

Campus Life

Ashwamegh is the annual fest which is yet to be provided to students. All the books and journals are available to all the students which a student must require related to their branches. The clubs that are run by the students are the Literary club and the Rotary club.

Admission

For eligibility for my course which is computer science and engineering the person applying for the course must at least cross the cut-off according to their caste in the entrance exam it may be JEE/NEET OR MHT-CE. The application form and the rest other things are provided by the college itself when one goes for admission. The reservation benefits can be availed by the person who has booked their admission and the benefit include, If the college person has booked is they dreamed of then they can apply for other colleges as well.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Best college review

I appleid for ycce college , raisoni and priyadarshini college of engineering in which i got priyadarshini with branch etc which was unexpected . I was not expecting this but when i researched and studied i found it was worth getting as it has many facilities than other college and the staff is wonderful. I dont no what went wrong with me in other colleges as i was eligible for it i got 82% in cet exam but i didn't get it. For getting admission in pce you should pass 10+2 with good percentage and should appear for cet . You can directly get admission or can get through the cap round....Read More
