Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this university because there is kind of low fees. And student-teacher ratio is 30 students per teacher and also almost 90% of teachers have qualified for their Ph.D. They teach in simple and from basic and also they clear all the doubts if you ask them. The exams are moderate and also only the questions came from whatever the teachers will teach.

Class Size: 500Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

Students get eligible when they passed the 6th semester, at the end of 6 and start of 7 semesters a person can apply for placement and also students can apply for internships also after the 4th sem. Here 100 % placement is there. The average package of students is about 5 LPA. And the highest is 8 LPA. My plan is to do M.tech after getting the degree of b.tech.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is good according to other universities. The resident of Gujarat who belongs to SC, ST, and OBS can avail of the scholarship. Here, anyone can get an education loan through Bank, assistance will get from University.

Campus Life

In the University there is a library in which different types of books are there of different branches and also there are some sets of PC which can be useful for study purposes. There is a classroom with a projector and podium also there is a smart class in which there LCD panel for teaching purposes. Now about sports there are various types of sports clubs, for joining sports a member will have to pay 1k per year all the instruments will be provided and the member will get the benefit of free enrollment in sports competitions or tournaments and sports are held like football, cricket, volleyball bat minton, basketball.

Admission

Their selection procedure is simple as they judge on the basis of the 12th percentile and the eligibility criteria is if you are above 50 % then you are eligible but still in the future, their criteria may change as they provide specialization in certain fields. And also residents of Gujarat need a higher percentage like 60 % or above.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

The Average collage life

Placement Experience:

this is tier 3 collage of surat so don't expect higer placements and big mnc come for the placements, in my placements they commited over 25+ local companies come from surat but actually only 15 has come and only 20 students got placement accross over 200 students(computer + IT). and the average placement is 2.5 lakh oper year. and most of the companies are red flag because they want students to sign 1-2 year bond with very low salary. then lets about training for placement, its ZERO big ZERO they dont provided the placement training, i have seen 90 students from 120 gets failed in apptitude round. they have not provided training for cracking the coding interview only those students are placed who have done preparation by it self even 9+ CGPA students didn't get placement.

Course is actually pretty nice . Subjects are tought according to the needs but the problem is about they do not update course according to the needs like `right now everyone should know how to use AI tools well , these small thing should also include in it. Apart from technical subjects they also have communication , ethics , personality developemt as a subject too but with less credits.

Gati Shakti Vishwavidhyalaya: A true blend of speed and power of knowledge

Placement Experience:

Placement is there and around 92-95% students get placed every year which is quite good in current economy. Highest package offered was 12LPA which is decent for aa college openend less than a decade ago. Average package is around 6LPA to 7LPA. There is no restrictions in semester in which a student can apply for placement but usually 3rd and 4th year students are the one applying. My plan after degree is higher studies in colleges like Monash etc

9sem are eligible for campus placement Not any great placements are their in college Highest placement was 64lpa and average is 5 lpa 80 %student are placed. Currently I don't have any plans but I will think off it soon
