Likes

College environment is good and we can enjoy nature
Tech fest is a intercollege competition that I liked.
And anti ragging environment where we can wander freely.

Dislikes

ETC faculties. They are greedy and they envy students happiness.
Hostel bathroom. Always dirty and cleaned once in a week.
Hostel food system. They don't give enough or good food.

Course Curriculum Overview

During counseling, I chose Electronics Telecommunication, Electrical, and Computer Science branch. Because I love coding and electronic work. There are 78 students in our branch. ETC has good lab facilities. And faculties are Experienced.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Examples are TCS, Wipro, Tata Power, etc. And other government opportunities. We get internship opportunities from online sources. And I don't anything about internship opportunities so if you want to know contact seniors.

Placement Experience

Tata Dassault, and Infosys, visit our college for placement. After the 5th semester, you are eligible for company placement. The highest package in our college is 6 lakhs per annum. An average package is 2.5 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarships like ST, SC, and MBC welfare department scholarships, and E medhabruti scholarships. Fees for study per year are 28500 rs. And for even semester exam fees 1500rs. ST, SC, MBC welfare department scholarship gives 20000rs per academic year.

Campus Life

The annual fest and tech fest was conducted in June. Our college has a big library and references for study purposes. There are various books related to the branch subject. For sports, our college conducts a Shaurya sports competition for intercollege competition.

Admission

I attend jee exam and I got a low rank. Then using OJEE counseling I chose 4 colleges Parala Maharaja Engineering College, VSSUT Burla, CET BBSR, and IGIT Sarang. Due to my low rank, I got addmission to Parala Maharaja Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
