Course Curriculum Overview

I opt this course for my future placements and a well-salaried job. Our college has 150 students in the MBA course and for that many students, we have 15 teachers. All of our faculty are well-talented and have a brief knowledge of their subjects. Exams are not so difficult. You can easily pass the exam if you prepare.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college has a very low fee structure than most of the colleges in Odisha. It's only 35000 per year. All the students of Odisha have the opportunity to get scholarships under the Odisha State scholarship. I also get a scholarship under Odisha State scholar in the postgraduate scheme.

Campus Life

As I am in my first year till now there is no annual fest or any kind of teach fest. Our college has a library. And in that library, all students can get a library id, and using that everyone can get their desired book. Our classrooms are quite good, as they are clean and have a proper air conditioner. Unfortunately, there have no sports and extracurricular activities held in our college. No there have no groups or any clubs present.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are quite good, as they are big and well maintained. Unfortunately, the meal quality is not so good. To get admission to a hostel first, you have to join our college and after that according to the student's rank in the ojee hostel selection is made. No, I opt for a hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 45000 per year

Admission

You have to secure an under 500 rank in the ojee entrance exam. I found these details on the college website. Yes, I got my reservation benefits as I am from sc cast. No, the admission process is quite good and the college admission process is not very lengthy.

I have choose these couse because I have do mba in agriculture.teaching is very good but teacher teaching only in notes or exam point of view some teachers.and some teacher only read and saying not writing pn blackboard. My interest is based on business as my family member engaged in it, so i want to carry that with extra institutional knowledge. It is a 2 year course that provides exposure and knowledge. As I am in my 1st year so I don't have much knowledge about the placement but while talking with our senior, they told that If you did little hardwork then you will definitely get a good placement. I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.

My experience in IMIT

I had applied for a total of 10 colleges as I didn't secure much good rank in OJEE (1800). In 3rd allotment, I got a seat in IMIT. They take admissions through quota but I had joined in the general category. They just consider the OJEE rank for admission. After 2nd allotment you have to book a seat by depositing 10000 else you won't get the chance to apply for the 3rd round.
