Remarks

Gautam budha university do not provide internship and they not provide any type of stipend but you are qualified GATE than they provide 12000 rupees for post graduation and they provide scholarship through state government.

Entrance Preview

University has it's own entrance exam followed by a counselling session. Mine is a integrated B. tech+MBA course which helps me in great regard in accordance with my future plans.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

The overall course structure cover every topic in regression and detail. The approach followed by faculty is also quite unorthodox and enthralling in every aspect possible. However a little more emphasis should be given to practical approach rather than just theoretical mugging.

Internships Opportunities

Yes the university provide internship.and it has very good internship.first of all it is a government university.many of the companies like wipro, adani, lnt, etc come every year.

Placement Experience

2

Yes the university provide placements in many of the companies like wipro, adani, lnt, etc come every year. Students that have been placed in various organisations are HCL, Honda, NIIT, Aditya Birla Group, TCS, Kirloskar, CRISIL, BlackRock, berkshire, Infosys, encyclopaedia britannica, Godrej Infotech, Matrix Cellular International, AON, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Elsevier, Huawei, Nestle and many others

College Events

1.5

Wide range of events ranging from the tech fest to the cultural fest, 'Abhivyanjana'.The cultural fest is big, really big. At times it looks more like a showbiz event than a college fest.During event nights, major artists perform which almost always make the event a success.

Fee Structure And Facilities

At ?1.4 Lacs per annum including hostel and mess. It is a bit overshoot considering it being a public university. However, the university providing concession on tution fees to socially and economically backward sections of the society. Also, some concession is provided to female students

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship was provided by college and loan facility may be offered because they opened a self bank in the university. so i they they provided loan facility.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostels are great with super fast internet connectivity Rooms are quite big considering every student is provided with his/her own room. Washrooms are fitted with solar heaters considering chilly winters.Coming to mess food, well it is not good anywhere.

Exam Structure

With two exams scheduled per course (mid semesters and end semesters), it usually doesn't take much toll on the students. However for students pursuing management courses, there are at times 2-3 exams on any given day which is quite frustrating and tire so

Faculty

2

In computer science the permanent faculty numbers is low as compared to other branches. Mostly we have Guest Faculties teaching the subjects. But most of the faculties have done PhD and have a good knowledge of the subject. The classes are also held regular and students take interest and the doubts are clarified by the faculty.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it average . It is comprehensive but not so useful as in todays world we require more skills than the formulas. It is related to communication and i am very interested in that . It is not very good for real world application but wr do learn about the basics and get hold of how everything work but does not cover advanced technology. Syllabus should be revised and should be more based on skills than theory and rattafication There are 3 to 4 exam per semester which can be very hectic that it feels like we are giving exams every few weeks. Difficulty is not that much but syallabus is really hard to cover amd we can not focus more on skills and projects more of the time we are giving exams

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
