Admission to our college is very basic as you have at least 60% in your 12th class then you are eligible for Btech. You can easily find the application form and fees on their official website. The admission process was very smooth.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Btech CSE because of my interest in coding. And I want to learn more about the computer. There are semester exams that are not very hard if you do your study properly. And also take 2 minor exams between the semester's exams. Teachers are well experienced.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are also provided to their students in reputed companies like TCS, and many more. Students need to complete at least two projects for better internships with a stipend. Internships also boost your CV to get better job placements.
Placement Experience
Generally, they provide placement opportunities in the 3rd and final year for all the students also they provide training for the students to enhance their skills. HCL, Infosys, and TCS were the companies that visited last year. 50 of the students were getting placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for Btech CSE is as follows: Btech (GENERAL) = 80000/year, Btech (ADVANTAGE) =90000/year. The college also provides scholarships for the students as per their marks in board exams. Provide education loans for needy students.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is really very good all the campus is covered with plants and campus life is also very good. All the sports are there in the college. The library provides FREE books for the semester's exams. The annual fest's name is Yugantaar.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, we do have a Hostel facility at GIET. The facilities of the hostel in this college are quite satisfying. There are AC and NON-AC hostels for the students according to their needs. Moreover, the hostel has a 24x7 presence of a warden with a faculty teacher visiting the hostel regularly. Mess food is also good as compared to other colleges.
