Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I always wanted to pursue engineering and BTech from Trident College was the best decision I had ever made in my life. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60 in our college. The faculties are really helpful.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 100000. The fee hike is not known to us as it is the internal policy of the college and the details are not known to us about the fee hike policies. But I did not apply for any financial assistance or scholarship in my college. There are scholarships based on caste categories.

Campus Life

There is no annual fest that is held in our college and there are few activities. There are an adequate amount of books and journals available in the library for our reference and the amenities are AC, Camera, Wifi, etc. are available in our college.

Admission

For being eligible for the course we need to have scored more than 75% in our class 12th exam and based on that we can fill up the application form the application is easily available online & offline. The admission process is easy.

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

ICT is best for Research and Internships

Placement Experience:

Most of people go for PHDs and research after this course so the number of placements is a little less. Also, this unique Integrated Mtech course is new and the first batch of this 5 year course soon will be passed out. They are getting placement offers of 8-8.5 LPA per annum.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, SAMSUNG visited and about 7 to 8 lakh rupees package they are giving. Highest placement is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8 to 9 lakh rupees. About 70 percent students getting placed. I want to job in MICROSOFT.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem the students became eligible for campus selection. Companies like Infosys, EVEREADY, ACC , ultratech and many more offering annual packages starting from 2lakhs to 8lakhs. Highest 8lakhs annual packages and average was like 3.5lakh to 4.5 lakh. Approximately 70 to 80 percentage of students are getting placements every year. After getting the degree i want to do a job in electrical companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.

Life at Trident college

I chose Trident academy of Technology due to its affordable fees , decent placements, Faculty support.The admission process was based on JEE Mains scores,followed by counselling.Compared to KIIT or CET ,TAT is more budget friendly but lacks advanced labs and strong industry exposure .
