Remarks

College should remove the system of uniform. on rcpit uniform is mandatory which is not liked by many others like me.Like students should have freedom of wearing Civil dresses

Entrance Preview

MHCET is the entrance exam through which we can get admission in almost any engineering college in Maharashtra.I got admission in rcpit through mhcet .I chose this college because my brother has completed his engineering from this college and he suggested me to take admission here

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose electrical engineering branch. It is one of the core branches in engineering. And in NMU not eveey college has this branch.RCPIT is best college in NMU

Internships Opportunities

Now college is helping students to get new internship opportunities from second year itself.college asked everyone to register to interntheory.com so that they will be updated with opportunities

Placement Experience

Recently our students from electrical branch had done a project for which they got ₹50000 award also and then KPIT also started recruitment in our college.Other main recruiter companies are TCS, wipro.Annual package are around 3 lac per annum for average student

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure varies alot from category to category.Ex open category fees is around ₹1,09,000 while for OBC it is around 60,000.But the fees can be paid in two installments so that it will not be a burden on middle class students

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are provided both for boys and girls.Annual jostel fees is around 20,000 and deposit 10000 which is refundable at the time of leaving the hostel.Hostel is provided with full 4g wifi connection,

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember
