Excellent Faculty Extra co curricular activity Fests Projects REGULAR TESTS

I took uptu but got direct admission in this college. I scored 143(less than passing) in upsee. My sister and some of my friends suggested me to take admission in this college.

The course is properly designed by the university for proper knowledge. There are 8 semesters(4years) in B.TECH. In each semester there are 2 class tests and 1 pre university test (PUT) and after that the university examination takes place. In the first year all subjects are common (cs , engineering mechanics, pcm etc.) Second and third are most important for examinations such as Gate etc. My favourite subject is Som, Thermodyanmics, Mathematics and the practicals .

I am not sure about the internship in the college. I am in mechanical second year and i am planning to do internship. The students have to take a letter from the college (signed) and go to the required company for internship. One internship is compulsory as per uptu norms in 3rd year (after exams in holidays) and prepare a report.

The placement here is good. Companies like tech Mahindra, R Systems have regular visits to the college for cs and it students. A lot of local companies of Ghaziabad also visit the college. The Placement is not so good like top colleges Actually the placement depends on the result(which is good ) but also on the projects, extra curricular activities, etc. and we are maybe lacking somewhere.

There are technical fest, cultural fest, literary fest and sports fest in each semester.

The fees is economical. 1,20,000-First YEAR 1,05,000- OTHER YEARS Scholorship is also available.

Scholorship is provided to the students which are financially weak. Many of my friends have availed the scholorship. Loan facility is availabe .

Technical fest is organised. sports fest projects and competitions freshers party in 1 and 2nd year . zonal fest and revamp. workshop open for projects on saturdays also.

There are a lot of rooms for hostellers. The fees is nearly 70000 (pg) but the benefit is that hostel is inside the college.there are two hostel for boys and a seperate hostel for girls. The mess food is okay and also there are two canteens in the college.

The seniors are cooperative and also help in projects and assists in placements also.

Well. the exams are taken every month. There are two class tests each month and one PUT AND AFTER THAT THE UNIVERSITY examination takes place.

I came to the college. There was a short test and after clearing it , we need to choose the stream and then submit the fees after some time. Upsee students can get some concession in fees. The procedure remains the same for upsee students. Minimum 50% in pcm is required

The faculties here are very good. They are very much interested in teaching the subjects. the faculties are highly qualified. All have done M.tech from good colleges and have experience of 5 years at an average. They have good practical knowledge and take labs. They also help students with projects for final year and for competitions. Gate classes are also held in the college for free.
