A journey worth sharing

New college, still have great potential, crowd is good, sister branches are really big Titles so this gonna reach that soon, best infastructure though!

Jee mains was the exam I gave.ni there is no interview process.i am interested in coding and I got computer engineering branch in this college on the basis of my 12 th marks and jee marks.

It's nice although no. Of faculty members which actually are good enough to teach us are less. And till second year pratical sessions were good but when I entered third year 2 out of 3 pratical learning were really bad we were just told to study everything from internet . It was like why the hell I even come to Practical if I have to learn from internet .frankly speaking this people are not good at all in teaching pratical learning.yes there are some patent of some students in our college . Our college is involved in taking competition about technologies, coding and there is also separate department for research .some teachers do encourage and help in research work but there are very few such teachers.

Yeah they do provide internships, I havnt interned yet but I do have done two industrial visits, which was really a great experience, I dont know about the stipend as I havent done it yet!

Our college is new, just two batches have passed out still we have great placements, around 50-60 % of the students got placed last year, the average package is 5 lakhs. As the college is situated in industrial area of pune, many companies visit us like Barlcays, Axcenture, TCS, Plexus, Greentech!

Fee structure is normal .all colleges that come under Pune university have almost same fee .for open its around 1 lakh Overall fees:- For sc 12000 For OBC 56000 For jk around 27000 Tuition fee :-for open is 88000 For SC it's free For OBC 15000 Development fee for SC ,tfws and open is 8188 For Jk it's free

For girls no single rooms are Available they have to go for sharing option .but for boys single rooms are available ,yes they have pgs 70000 for room+ mess .mess food is not good .

In starting yes it's chill nature but at end of semester because they are not able to complete syllabus they take extra lecture .it's really messy at the end

Most of the faculty members have m tech degree ,but some teacher just got job even before completing their m tech .and they ruined our subject and this happened twice to us that we got teacher who didn't have enough knowledge to teach us ,even after complaining to our hod . according to me only few teachers are good in Iiit 6/20
