Likes

The campus and infrastructure is very good.
There are many facilities for the students regarding sports and other things.

Dislikes

The process of everything is very slow. People are just waiting for their chores to be done.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty members of this course are not above the mark, but definitely satisfactory. I choose this course as I wanted to pursue my career in the commerce section..further most probably I'll do M.B.A. The teaching method of the faculty is average and most importantly you have to study on your own, you'll have to make your own notes and expect the least from teachers.

Class Size: 114Course Fees: INR 8225 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very nominal as it is a government university. I've submitted 8225 for one year and in between the whole year, no extra fees are charged. Over the year, many scholarship programs are introduced, but the persons who want any scholarship needs to be very attentive to the related sites.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good and exciting. many small fest is conducted in the university but just by the contribution of students..the library of Amu is Asia's largest library. Books are available in the libraries and students can get them issued on their library card. libraries are fully air-conditioned and well-maintained.

Admission

I was admitted in A.M.U. last year, for B.COM.(Hons.). The students who were from the commerce stream in intermediate were only eligible for this course. The application form of my college was available online on its official website. I was under the N.C.C. reservation. All the students who filled the application form then have to give a test out of which a merit list is generated by the college.

Likes

Infrastructure and college staff support
Distance is very less and the process of admission is very smooth
Management was quite good and helpful and supportive

Dislikes

the buildings need renovation and nothing much

there are only practical are helde but I haven't joined any of the curriculum activity and there are only classes Ihave attended so there no expriance of the curriculum and for the difficulty level I haven't found any issue

Professors are very good and they come on time no need of any improvement in faculty.
Campus Life is also good and the quality of social interaction is very well with teachers and classmates both.In a very less time
Infrastructure is okay okay from inside they are working on it. Outside is best

Dislikes

that they didn't require honours courses.

Placement Experience:

• In the second year they become eligible university offers placements and the selected students who get qualifiy they will get. • tata, infosys etc.they made the offers. • 5 -8 Lakh per annum • I don't have any idea about it because it's my first year • My plans is to pursue the C.S course and after that M.B.A

My honest college review.

Likes

The assignment work is good and we obtain good marks in practicals.
The teaching method of our faculty is good.
The infrastructure of my college is good and the environment is fresh and peaceful.

Dislikes

There is no internship. The students cannot get experience of some other works
Lack of networking ,if we want to discuss about business ideas or other ,then no one is very active on these topics. I am writing about students not about teachers.
No other things about my college which i don't like.

Placement Experience:

If you want to join this college for a better placement so you should join another college or university because this college is for those who want just a graduation degree and prepare for some other courses like CA,CMA,CFA or other. I am not sure about the highest or average package as per company but i want to clear that this college is not for those who want to complete their graduation and start earning.

Our class room did not have AC they only have fan which are very old

Nice college for the greenery in campus and some faculty is so good and cooperative with students.

Likes

The atmosphere of the college is too good.
The canteen where we all students can sit and enjoy our meals.
The teachers who taught us very well about the related subjects.

Dislikes

Less functions in the college in night so the students can enjoy.
More assignments are given by the teachers.
There is 25 rupee fine on having absent in the college for day.

Placement Experience:

I have availed the yearly course so in 3rd year I am eligible for the campus placement. The companies came are just dial , utkarsh bank , icici bank , tech mahindra, etc. came for the placement. The highest package is of 5 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3 lakhs per annum .

Remarks:

This college is affiliated by Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University and that is a good college so obviously this college will also be better. This years entrance exam has been done in very free and fair manner. No cheating, no source and no third party enrollment and only who passed the examination, got admission.

A Glimpse of Life in Aligarh Muslim University

I chose this college mainly because of the less fees structure and the greenary campus , a good place to study.Moreover, I'm preparing for govt exams also, so the time needed during M.tech. is enough to focus on exams too. Also, I don't want any gap between the study and job as we have to justify later during interview (the year gaps , if any). M.Ed. in Aligarh Muslim University

I applied for this college only. Highly affordable fee of course and hostel fee. Hostel provides us so many facilities in a very basic pay of 1500 per month including mess and other things. For m.ed we have to prepare for an entrance test. Forms of amu m.ed are generally out during january- march period. The paper is of 100 marks, only mcq, based on core papers of b.ed. the cutoff is around 55+ for general+external candidate and 40+ for internal. The admission process is smooth and easy.
