The college is dream college for students who want to pursue MBA as their post graduation. The college when comes to discipline is very stringent. The college wants the students to be in proper formal attire

The college for MBA/PGDM takes students through XAT, CAT,CMAT. The admission process do include the evaluation of the past academic record , group discussion and personal interview.

The MBA/PGDM in Human Resources field is the flagship course.The college makes students research on related topics. The curriculum is well though of and the college is 60 years old. The college do focus on practical learning and makes sure that the students acquire all professional skills like communication and presentation.

For the internships the college is frequently visited by top companies like Airtel, ACC, Adani, Tata, etc. There is a 100% intenship placements.

There is 75% placement recorded in the field of human resources. The average package goes up till 8 to 9 lacs.The topmost recruiters are Tata, ACC, Adani Group etc.

Panache, Reverie, Human Resource conclave are the management fests to name a few. Other than some of the cultural fests are also organized by the college.

The application fee of the college for one specialization is 2000 and for two specialization is 2500 INR. Tuition fee for the PGDM/MBA courses in the college is 5,59,100 INR. Hostel fee 6000 for males per month and 1000 per month for females.

The college offers some scholarships for people from tribal community.

The college is not very supportive for the extra-curricular activities but never limits the growth of any individual to grow in their respective talents.

The hostel provided by the college is quite decent and you get food per day just for 80 INR. Other accommodation facilities near the college localities.

The college is very particular about the academic performance of the students. They are expected to work for long hours and day gets tiring. The students are supposed to serve an NGO in their first year and a corporate in the final year.

The faculty of the Campus is quite experienced having an average experience is 30 years. The students will receive all what the professors have with them and also guide students even outside the classroom. The qualification of the professors are Phd and MBA. Many alumni are also taking lectures in the college as the professors.
