Remarks

The admission process into the college is to write an entrance exam called TS EAMCET. You need to get a good rank in the entrance exam. Reservation in college is valued. Colleges need to provide a healthy atmosphere in dealing with info trarmationsfer.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I chose is very good I.e.Cyber Security. The faculty for this course has some experience to teach. I chose this course because it will be demanded in the coming future. It was a bit difficult to score good marks in our stream because the syllabus is heavy.

Internships Opportunities

The college has been creating records year after year. With more than 125 companies visiting CVR and above 2100 placements for the 2021-22 academic year, it is the highest among the peer group of colleges. This is the first time that CVR has crossed 2000 placements. The highest offer is a remarkable Rs. 47,00,000 and several students got offers higher than Rs. 25 Lakhs. More than 75 students got offers higher than Rs. 10 Lakhs.

Compared to other colleges placements in our college are very high. Some people call our college the' Placements hub of Telangana '.We will have almost 90 companies visit our college like Amazon and cognizant.80% of the students may be placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee for the college is 1,15,000. But If you have less than 10,000 rank in eamcet exam then the fee will be canceled or if you belong to SC or ST caste then they may have full fee reimbursement.

Our college conducts various types of events like sakentika, cipherner and annual day. We have library fests like debates and speeches. We will have sports tournaments like cricket EPL and football tournaments.

Hostel Facilities

Our college is providing a hostel facility which may cost up to 1lack. The hostel was good but the food in the mess is not up to the mark. You need to take an enrollment into the hostel while you are taking the admission. The pg hostels are available in a radius of 5km.

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
