I hve choosed the course of computer science and engineering because of my passion.faculty in this college for this branch is well qualified. Many experienced teachers are funded. Exams happens every semister. In between unit tests are carried out.

Campus for this college is very good You can see greenery everywhere.campus is decorated with lots of trees. There are total 3 buildings in campus . Seperate building is situated fir mechanical department. Seperate building is situated for law and polytechnique studies. Social events are organised very nicely.......sports events occur every year... lots of sports are included in that .digitsl classboards are provided in every classrooms

Hostel Facilities

College hostel has very limited seats,and it is available only for 1st year students...each room has 2 sharing beds.attach toilet and bathroom. Many private hostels are located infront of college itself..food quality is average and eatable. Many options are available for food to taste...

Entrance exam needed to take admission in this college is MHT CET. There are 10 seats reserved for manegement. Percentile between 83 to 90 can look for CSE seat in this college.placements fot CSE branch is good.you can apply very easily in caprounds and get admission..

“Golden Days of PICT College Life”

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electronics and telecommunication engineering is best branch. And there is also best teaching of hardware as well as software and also in which attendance is mandatory. They shows how to use the academics with real world applications. By taking hardware practicals. I think no need of improvement but i gives improvement in attendance. Please don't take attendance mandatory.

Placement Experience:

After semester 6 students are eligible for campus placements. Some of the top companies visited are phonepay, Morgan Stanley, JPMorganchase, Deutsche Bank, cashrich , nomura . The highest package offered is 35 lakhs and average package is 14 lakhs. Till now the placement percentage is 100 percent. My plan is to appear for placements after 6th sem.

I applied to other good college in Kolhapur , Like KIT and D. Y. Patil but their cutoffs were too high, so I coudn't secure admission there. For Computer Science Engineering(cse) in this college: General seat - The cutoff was 77(CET Score) , which I met. TFWS(Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) seat : The cutoff was 86, which I also met. For taking admission to any Engineering college of Maharashtra we have to give a particular entrance exam for it which is conducted by the Maharashtra education cell and that is MHT-CET. We have to score the percentile for our desired colleges and branches to match the cut-offs of required colleges also eligibility criteria depend on your 12th board marks which vary reservation category-wise. You will get the application form, dates fees, and form-filling dates all available on the MHT-CET website. Check it regularly for regular updates pre-exam and post-exam for admission to college. The admission process has 3 options form which we have to fill out properly according to our choices of college in a proper sequence results are declared after every form filling dates are over and if we want to take admitted to the college we got from the 1st option form we can freeze it or if we don't want it we can move further to 2nd option form, also time for admission between the 2 forms is given....Read More
