Course Curriculum Overview
I had an interest in designing a chip so I choose electronics and communication engineering. The faculty we have is good. They almost cover all the subjects but we still need to study on our own. Most of our faculties are PhD holders and some of them have completed Mtech. It will be difficult to pass an exam without studying. If u work a little hard then you can easily pass your exams.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides many internship opportunities to the 3rd and 4th year students. Their role is to let us know the availability of internships. And students need to apply for it on their own. They just show you the path and you need to walk through it. As I am presently pursuing 2nd year still I didn't get any internship opportunity from the college.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements from 3rd year 2nd semester.Approx 150+ c Companies has visited Bvrit for placement like synopsis, tcs, Infosys etc. Around 80-85% students are placed during placements in the college.I plan to do a job in IT company and start my own business
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for an academic year is 1,20,000 rupees and if you get a fee reimbursement from the government then it will be reduced to 85000 rupees and you need to pay a hostel fee of around 75-80000 for an academic year. The college doesn't provide any on-campus internships or jobs. They just show you the path to jobs and internships which is off campus.
Campus Life
Many tech fests will be conducted within the college like E-summit, hackathons, promathoens, etc. And we do have annual days. We will have 2 main fests for an academic year. There is a huge availability of books in the Library. If you have any suggestions for getting a new book you can freely approach the officials. We will have monthly journals in the Library. We do have a sports club, cultural club, singing club, etc. One can join any club based on their interests. We do have official pages on Instagram like my_bvrit_, and bvritn_students.
Admission
The admission process at B V Raju Institute of Technology is very simple. It doesn't require any seperate admission test and the whole process will be done via eamcet counseling. There will be reservations for SC, ST, and BC students. But for a general category student, the rank should be 15k-19k to get into electronics. You need to check the previous year's cutoffs and apply to the college according to ur ranking in eamcet. If you have good mains marks then you can go with B Category where every college has some seats reserved for that.
