One of the top colleges

The college is also called as orchid campus for its greenary and great environment. It has a boats culb which acts an attraction. there's a big cricket ground , football ground , basketball court . It's really a huge and great campus.

We need to write the mandotary exam TS-eamcet which allows you to join the state college's based in your rank. I got rank of 8104 and there will counseling followed by online web options through which we can select our preferred college's. I choose mechanical engineering as I'm interested in that field and for my batch mine was the opening rank for our branch. As college rating has improved may be now the opening rank for my branch have been around 5K.

As our college is autonoumus we have CBCS system which means Choice Based Credit System. We have no marks it's all GPA and this helps us scoring better score. We have many labs which helps in practical learning and we participate in many programs conducted across the country. We have a seperate research lab and innovative center. We have a wide range of electives open electives professional electives. Some of the Open electives are entrepreneurship , disaster management , automobile Engineering etc.

The college provides internship opportunities in various fields . It was really a great experience. Even many people are placed in the companies where they did internship. Not all companies payout for internships . Only few companies payout at an approx of 3K-5K per month.

The placements are really good. The higher you score and more knowledge you have the well you get placed. Almost 90% of the people get placed with min package of 3.5L to average of 5L. The major companies are Deloitte , TCS , Cyient , Thermax , Jhon Deere , etc.

There's a technical fest called 'PROMOTHEAN' it's a national wide technical fest with various of events technical and non-technical. And the major cultural fest called "Zealotz" it's a huge fest in the state where many college student's join the fest and make it a big hit. The fest lasts till 3AM and hence it becomes a big hit. Around 3000 people gather for the main fest. College authorities contribute upto 10L and we students gather a sponsorship of 10L -15L and we make it in a grand way.

It's a worth and appropriate fee. It's around 1Lakh including transportation for our batch. Tution fee - 77,900 Transportation fee - 27,000 (max) (may vary for shorter distance).

As per the EAMCET rank and reservation provided the state government provides scholarship and fee reimbursement. As I don't have any reservation I don't get any scholarship.

The college encourages extracurricular activities hugely . They make students to participate in many sports and even in social events. The well-known Ted X is also conducted in our college and many social activities are being conducted by NSS unit.

There are sharing rooms provided AC and non AC both. Two sharing / four sharing rooms are provided. The hostel is the campus Premises which allows hostel students to access to library anytime. There are no PGs. The hostel fee varies depending on food and AC or non AC rooms. It's approx 70K max and min 50K. The food is really good with non veg of twice a weak and lots of vareites and if I'm not wrong many people love the food here.

There's a great interaction with alumni. The college provides a great platform for Student alumni interactions . Many programs are also conducted.There was great development of the college and students by the alumni program's

Exams are of really chill culture. They are conducted with a preparation holidays. There's no feeling of tired or fedup.

All most all the faculty's are highly qualified with doctorates and mtech from top most college's . There's a lot of interaction and high level teaching with smart learning using projector's , practical stuff. They are even available when we are free and help us in understanding better.
