Course Curriculum Overview

3

I choose this course because I wasn't able to get into btech colleges. The faculty-student ratio is moderate. Qualifications of the teachers are good but some teachers aren't up to the mark. Exams are held in 4 months only despite its a 6-month course due to pandemic situations they are covering up fast as our year started late.

Placement Experience

2

From the 6th sem we are eligible for placements there is Wipro and some other lesser-known companies. The package is 3 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is also less like 40 per cent maybe. if I receive my degree I am going to prepare for Nimcet and Wipro exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very high we need to pay 40000 per semester. internships aren't available for ug courses. scholarships are for weaker sections only those who have a family income of less than 2 lakhs per annum.

Campus Life

1

Life on campus is boring. We are not allowed to use mobile. Fests aren't held every now and then. In a year only 3 fests happen but not in a big way. infrastructure is very nice and things are available for all to access but the library isn't available easily. We need to do lots of processes before getting books.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

College hostels doesn't allow phones they have timing to use like 1 or 2 hours in a day. If you want to use laptop you have to write application and then you can only use it for studying. There's dress code also salwar suit only and in one room there are 7 to 8 girls approx so there is no privacy. Currently I am living outside the college hostel.

Admission

Firstly we need to have applied for the college application and then take the entrance test which is offline and then after that merit list is released. After that, we need to go to college to get addmission by paying the semester fee and then by giving all the important documents.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements in their final year. They can also apply for internships in between. It helps a lot to add an edge to their CV as work experience. Many companies like HCL, Lenovo, Tata Consultancy, Wipro etc., visit the college for placements. The previous year, many offers were made, some students got placements in HCL and three or four got in Tata Consultancy. Highest package till now was 33 LPA by HCL and the average package was 7 LPA. Note that it's not only your academics that will show you to the companies, you must have any extra abilities or talents or rather work experience for a better package. Almost 60% of students placements. If you don't get on-campus placement, don't worry you can apply for off-campus placements, just be confident and present your best in interviews. I am currently in my 2nd year, and after completing my degree, I am planning to have further studies of MCA from a good university in Delhi.
