Remarks

Overall the college is good . faculties are also experienced and interactive. One thing I want to highlight is that the canteen in the college has limited menu . I wish it will expand . And also we do not have proper gym khana or gym.

Entrance Preview

I gave cet entrance exam and I land up in this college by cap round 2. There is no interview process . The course which I have selected is by looking the market and industry demand.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which I have selected is very much Difficult i think so .since I'm in first year so I can't answer this question , In my knowledge no research initiative were taken by the institute.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college provides internship. But since it is my first year in college so I can't comment on how the experience and how much we amount we get .

Placement Experience

. In 2015 many students got placed in big companies like Amazon Tata consultancies etc. Average package is around 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs.

Fusion is the event which is technical event held in our college campus every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Total fee is ₹15233 for NT -B since I'm in caste. For open category students the fee is very high as above ₹110000. The difference is very much.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes our college provides many scholarship for bright students. But I didn't avail any.

Hostel Facilities

No I'm not residing in hostel and there is no hostel facility for our college.

Exam Structure

Yes exams and labs very frequent make me very tired at end of the day.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
