It's the number one institute for rural management in India and has a unique curriculum which includes the village fieldwork segment (VFS) and all courses of marketing, finance, operation, consulting and rural science and polity. There are five sections of 60 students in each and different faculty will teach each section. The teaching methods of all facilities are different from each other as they give pre-reading material to students, case studies, live projects, presentations, etc. All the faculties pursued Ph.D. or executive courses from IIM & IIT and any other top private college. There are 6 trimesters in 2 year PGDM -RM Programme. Which first two terms have more credits and are very difficult for students.

Campus placement after the fifth semester, Companies -130, Number of offers 431. The Highest package is 26.5 lpa management trainee. Average package 15.5 lpa management trainee 100% placement. I will go for campus placement after my degree.

Fee structure - 895274 (First year), 743226 (2nd year), 4500/- per month mess charges, 20000 for VFS. Scholarship - 20 merit-based scholarships including top 10 male and 10 female students. SC scholarship, ST scholarship, IDFC first bank scholarship, Mirae asset foundation scholarship - 3 students, PM - YASASVI - OBC & Others. Scholarship for disabled students.

Annual fest - MILAAP , JATRA. Classroom - Air conditioned, projector, wifi, microphone, audio-visual system. Sports and extracurriculars - The student activity center include a GYM, badminton courts, Pool, and table tennis. There is a cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball ground. Clubs - Abhyudaya, Jaivik ,VFS Journal ,iSEC , Arthasya ,Nishadya, Jigyasa, etc. E-journals and Databases i.e. ABI-Inform, EBSCO, JSTOR, CMIE databases and EPW & EPWRF, Sage e-journals, etc.

Room - Table, 2 chairs, cupboard, fan, tube light, curtains, bed, mattress, pillow. Meal quality is very good and the menu is prepared with all the dishes of states and with diversity according to students.

Final selection - A composite score was calculated on the basis of the following weightage- Percentile - 35%, Personal Interview - 35%, OWAT- 5%, Academic -5%(10th-1.5%, 12th-1.5%, Graduation -2%).
