Most of the students are telugu people...
Less preference for sports and no inter college competitions
It is in doddaballapura which is 45kms away from bangalore central.

Course Curriculum Overview

The university is very good with friendly and excellent faculty with great knowledge and skills. Each professor has their own unique teaching methods and they are student friendly and help us understand better in simpler ways as well. Sem exams were conducted every 5-6 months and it won't be that difficult to pass if you listen and attend all of the classes.

Placement Experience

99% of the students will get guaranteed placements from the campus at the end of their final semester. The others would choose to go for higher studies. One can get a placement if he doesn't have any backlogs and have good knowledge in coding and other required skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee doesn't seem to be a lot compared to other universities in Bangalore and is worth the amount as it provides good infrastructure and a nice campus. You can even avail of scholarships from ssp portal. It won't be given to students from management seats.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in which students can be part and learn a lot by interacting with everyone. It helps them to grow and develop skills. The library provides study materials and resources related to the syllabus and the students can sit in the library and enjoy their reading time peacefully.

Admission

So guys I've joined this university through kcet. You can join this course if your kcet rank is around 90k in caste benefits or 60k in general quota. Management seats are available as well. You can also attend the GAT exam to join for admissions which will be held every year in the month of June.

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

IIT Dharwad Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.
