Honest Review of NITJSR

This college has a very good placement record which attracts my main attention towards it. Here is a 1:8 ratio of teachers to students, mostly professor who holds PhD degree. Twice in a year, there is a term exam and if you start your term exam preparation before 10 to14 days then it would be so easy to pass and to get good marks also

Many companies come here and provide a good intership such as Reliance, tata, Microsoft, etc companies are visiting every year and give alot of internships. This year 170+ offers for intership are given.

The main highlight of our college is only our placement which is top notch even our core placement is very good compared to many iits. More than 250 companies visited this year with the highest package of 80lakhs which a placement percentage of 96%

Here is no such hike in the fees and the cost to study is comparatively on the lesser side. Medhavi scholarship, state-wise scholarship and some others are the scholarships you can avail of here. It's very tough to get a stipend from college for this you have to do it from outside.

Our annual fest is CULFEST and our technical fest is OJJAS, our technical fest is conducted in the month of February and our cultural fest is in the month of April. There are thousands of books for every department of engineering and many journals. Our classroom is too notch with almost every facilities which are available in smart classes. Urja is our sports fest in which every sport is played. There are many social clubs for example beat breakers, rooh, aawahan, etc.

A single room will be allotted to every student from the second year onwards with almost every required thing like bed table chair. Meal of the mess is fair enough to eat as long you get to eat you will be bored and start hating which I guess common to every hostel

For getting into this college there is an entrance exam called JEE MAINS. If you get 97 to 98 percentile in that exam then you are easily eligible for the electrical engineering department of this college and then you have to do a counselling process through JOSSA
