Remarks

I just want to change the behavior of each and every faculty in our college and also the ambiance in our college.

Entrance Preview

I cleared my MHT-CET entrance exam and have scored 123 in which i was given an option of Electronics and telecommunication and Civil Engineering in which i chose Electronics and telecommunication as my elder cousin was in that stream.

Course Curriculum Overview

Electronics and telecommunication is very much hectic in its practical learning as the faculty itself don't know much about this so my suggestion would be that rather then going into Electronics and telecommunication student should go for IT Engineering.

Internships Opportunities

No, not at all. There were no internship given to the students. It was just a major project where your project guide will help you in that.

Placement Experience

Placement was not that good and i guess out of 95 students from EXTC only 15 got selected. Talking about the companies i just heard about TCS and their average package was about 3.5lac per annum.

College Events

Ambrosia and Aspire are the two fests organized in the campus which literally helps students to relax and chill a bit.

Fee Structure And Facilities

With compare to other colleges our fee structure was more with a round figure of about 110000/-

Fees and Financial Aid

Yup the scholarship were provided to the students which was 25000 yearly.

Campus Life

I really don't have any idea for this.

Hostel Facilities

I do n't know much about hostel but i have heard that students were staying on sharing basis and they have to eat limited amount of food during their breakfast and dinner which i feel is not acceptable.

Exam Structure

It was not that hectic but it was really helpful in building up our knowledge in our respective and core subjects. I just hope that they change the timings for exams and labs.

Faculty

The faculty from EXTC was well experienced and highly qualified but at the same time it was just that there were no interaction of the faculty with the students. Some of the faculty in EXTC are just very helpful and awesome and they literally helped student in their problems. I wish i could name those faculty members.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
