All about my college

As it is a good college among all the Bihar government engineering colleges and I'm pursuing btech in electronics and communication engineering placements are quite good for ECE. Every department has 5-7 faculties whereas the strength of students in each department is around 60. Faculties members of this college are well knowledgeable as they cleared the BPSC examination with interviews to get a permanent position in this college. semesters exams are conducted with 1-2 months delay with quite challenging question paper.

As our college is part of netacad academy so CISCO is the company which offers internships in this college with a very good stipend. And lots of internships are also provided by MHRD for this college.

3rd-year students are eligible for campus placement. So many companies like TCS, HCL etc hire on campus with an average package 5 LPA No of the students hired by the companies depend on their hiring procedures most of the time they hire 8-10 students. The highest package of this college is 30 lpa which was off campus drive. One should have more than 6 cgpa to get placed on campus. After completing the degree, I want to join the IT sector.

Admission fees per year are around 4000 along with 3700 rupees examination fees per semester. And most of the students get the scholarship provided by PMS (post-matric Scholarship). All of the amount including hostel charges is included in the scholarship and PMS provide all those expenditures.

TECHNORITI is the annual tech fest of this college conducted every year on the college campus. Most of the semester books from every branch are available in the library one can borrow the book from the library using the library and an ID card as well. There are various groups made by professors and students as well for coding and extra activities one of them is Campus TV and radio and another is "Debuggers ".

Every student is provided with a single room with one bed, one cupboard Table and a chair. Maids are also provided by the hostels to clean the room every day. The menu of the mess is an ok type like every day we have different menus with 110 rupees per day charge. Tea and milk are also provided at additional cost. One can allot the hostel at the time of admission along with hostel and mess fees which costs 9k per year hostel fees and 25k mess charge. The locality around this college is not good for girls or girls hostel and pg are not available in the local area for girls.

This is a government engineering college that comes under the government of Bihar, managed by Bihar engineering university, Patna. 12th pass students are eligible for this college with 80-90 percentile in jee mains. JEE mains examination is conducted by NTA every year to get admitted to the engineering college. Reservations are provided to students of Bihar.
